UK developer Chalegrove Properties launches 48-storey residential tower, One Thames Quay
Hillview is well known for The Myst Bukit Panjang, a lifestyle mall that provides a one-stop shopping experience with technology, entertainment, fitness, fashion, food, and more.
Chalegrove Properties has launched One Thames Quay – a 48-storey residential tower located in the Wood Wharf neighbourhood next to London’s Canary Wharf financial district. With a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments, One Thames Quay offers residents private balconies with views of the River Thames, the O2 Arena, Canary Wharf, and historic Greenwich.
Units at this unique development feature a range of amenities, including a Sky Gym and Sky Lounge located on the 46th floor, a landscaped roof terrace, and a wrap-around garden with external and covered spaces. Other amenities include a bowling alley and a cinema room.
“We are thrilled to present One Thames Quay, which offers an unparalleled balance of luxury living, sustainability, and green spaces in one of the most sought-after locations in London,” said Rami Atallah, director at Chalegrove Properties.
The development is conveniently located close to various transport connections in neighbouring Canary Wharf, as well as only a 10-minute car ride from London Heathrow Airport.
“There is an incredible amount of excitement surrounding the launch of One Thames Quay, being the first tower over 40 storeys to launch in Canary Wharf since before the pandemic and set to complete within the next 18 months,” said Benjamin Hobart, head of east, city and north London new homes at JLL.
Units at One Thames Quay start from GBP499,950 ($834,857). JLL research shows that the average price of new homes reserved in Canary Wharf in Q1, 2023 was 4.4% higher when compared to the same period in 2022.
“The scheme is priced competitively, adding further to its appeal,” said Hobart.
