With the The Myst CDL, residents are just a few steps away from the many amenities the area has to offer. From dining and shopping outlets to leisure spots and educational institutions, there’s something for everyone in the neighbourhood.
Publicis Groupe, an international advertising and PR company, has leased 55,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at Guoco Midtown, a 30-storey office tower of the mixed-use Guoco Midtown project by GuocoLand at Beach Road. According to Colliers International, who negotiated this deal, the rents for new Grade A offices along this stretch of Beach Road are approximatedly $9.90 psf per month. Unfortunately, the consultancy did not provide details on the amount of rent Publicis Groupe paid for the its new office space.
Each office floor at the Guoco Midtown project has a central core floorplate of about 30,000 sq ft with an average floor-to-ceiling height of 3.3m, as well as a landscaped Sky Park on the seventh floor. The other components of the development includes three retail clusters (Midtown Square, Midtown Market, and Midtown Common) as well as two condominiums (Midtown Modern and Midtown Bay).
In January this year, GuocoLand was granted a temporary occupation permit for the office tower. Already, the tower was 80% pre-committed at the time. In addition to Publicis Groupe, other international companies who have leased the office spaces include Pacific International Lines, BASF, NetEase Interactive Entertainment and VP Bank.
