Frasers Property certifies four local assets with benchmark Wiredscore digital connectivity

Frasers Property has achieved a new milestone in its commitment to digital infrastructure, with four of its Singapore properties becoming certified with Wiredscore Platinum for their overall digital capabilities and smart building initiatives.

The four buildings that have attained this distinction are Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark Blocks A and B, all managed by Frasers Property Singapore. Recognised globally as a benchmark for digital infrastructure capabilities within buildings, Wiredscore Platinum certification signifies that these four properties are equipped with reliable and effective connectivity resources.

To obtain Wiredscore Platinum certification, each property must provide at least four high-speed internet providers and a landlord-owned fibre backbone to facilitate the swift deployment of data services and reduce tenant installation time. With these strict requirements, it is no surprise that Wiredscore recognises only seven buildings in Singapore that have achieved its Platinum certification. The other properties are Keppel Bay Tower, Paya Lebar Green South and Shaw Tower.
