B2 industrial site at Tuas Ave under IGLS Reserve List released for application

The 2H2023 Industrial GLS programme has three sites, bringing the total number of sites for the bi-annual programme to seven.

The second of three industrial sites under the 2H2023 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme has been released for application by JTC. Spanning an area of 43,055 sq ft with a permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4, 11 Tuas Avenue 18 has been granted a 20-year tenure.
