Gerald Yong Guo Yeou, CDL’s Head of Business Development and Investments, Joins CDL Aries as Director

Singapore-based real estate giant City Developments Limited (CDL) has announced the appointment of Gerald Yong Guo Yeou as Director of CDL Aries Pte Ltd, the company’s Business Development and Investments arm.

Gerald joins CDL Aries with over 17 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries, having worked on a number of projects in both Singapore and the region. Over his career, he has successfully managed the development, financing and strategic planning of several real estate projects.

In his new role, Gerald will be responsible for driving CDL Aries’ business development and investments efforts. His core focus will be on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, both in Singapore and the region, as well as cultivating relationships with key industry players.

Gerald holds a Bachelor of Business from the National University of Singapore and is a Certified Financial Planner. He has also served as a board member for several companies, including the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

His main responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to drive growth and identify new opportunities for the Group.
