The Botany draws 4,600 visitors at preview weekend

Sim Lian Group’s suburban condominium project, The Botany at Dairy Farm pulled in a massive 4,600 visitors during its preview weekend on February 18 – 19. Located at Dairy Farm Walk, The Botany is conveniently situated just across the road from the German European School Singapore and a mere 10-minute walk to Hillview MRT Station on the Downtown Line. Four-bedroom types are priced from $2.39 million ($1,882 psf) while the priciest five-bedroom units start from $2.88 million ($1,871 psf). The project’s official launch will be on March 4.
