After nearly four years with the real estate agency ERA Realty Network, Nicholas Mak has stepped down from his role as the Head of Research and Consultancy.
In an official statement sent out to the press on March 27, ERA’s Key Executive Officer, Eugene Lim, thanked Mak for his contributions and wished him success in his future endeavours.
Mak’s professional career in the real estate industry had been going strong prior to joining ERA in 2019. He was the Head of Research and Consultancy at ZACD and SLP International and had previously led research teams at Knight Frank and Chesterton International.
When asked about his experience at ERA, Mak expresses his appreciation for the opportunity and the valuable learning experience he’s gained since joining the organisation.
“The past four years here have been a fruitful learning experience about the culture and practices in the real estate agency business,” he shares.
Lim also praised Mak for his efforts, “On behalf of all of us at ERA, I want to thank Nicholas for his contributions to the organisation and wish him all the best for his future.”
CDL Aries acquires two plots at Upper Bukit Timah to take advantage of the rejuvenation and green space plans, setting the stage for a luxurious residential development that brings a sought-after address for Singaporeans The Myst and investors.
Mak is now looking forward to the next chapter of his life, as he is currently working on clearing his leave before moving on to explore new opportunities within the real estate industry.
