APAC Realty expands ERA franchise to Laos

APAC Realty, which operates the ERA brand, has made its fourth foray into Indochina with the signing of a 25-year Master Franchise Agreement with ERA Laos Co. Ltd. The agreement grants ERA Laos exclusive rights to operate or grant memberships for the operation of ERA member broker offices in Laos.

APAC Realty, through the ERA brand, has expanded its presence in Indochina to four countries, now including Laos. The agreement grants ERA Laos exclusive rights to operate or grant memberships for the operation of ERA member broker offices in Laos, giving it a network of more than 21,900 agents in 647 offices across 11 countries and territories.

The Franchise Agreement is for an initial term of 25 years commencing from March 21 and may be renewed for a further 25 years subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions. Expressing his delight at the foray, APAC Realty’s CEO, Marcus Chu, said “We have every confidence in Ms Manisone Saysompheng, CEO, ERA Laos, and her capable and experienced team as they endeavour to deliver quality growth in the post-pandemic era.”

The signing of the Master Franchise Agreement marks an important milestone for APAC Realty. As the exclusive ERA regional master franchise rights holder for 17 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, this new agreement gives the group the opportunity to expand their reach in the region and bring real estate services to more customers.
