Amber 45 hits new high of $2,716 psf
Amber 45, The Sea View and Robertson Blue hit new psf-price highs during the period of May 5 to 12.
A unit at Amber 45 sold for $1.9 million ($2,716 psf), the first time it has transacted above the $2,700 psf threshold. The freehold development located in District 15 was developed by UOL Group and completed in 2021 with units fully sold before completion.

The Sea View, a 546-unit freehold development near Amber 45, also reached a new psf-price. A 1,410 sq ft three-bedder on the 15th floor sold for $3.5 million ($2,482 psf) on May 8, followed by the sale of a 1,518 sq ft four-bedder on the 14th floor for $3.55 million ($2,339 psf).
Robertson Blue recorded the highest transaction at $2,417 psf after a 1,862 sq ft unit changed hands for $4.5 million on May 12. This surpasses the previous high of $2,262 psf for a 1,238 sq ft unit on the fifth floor in May 2022. The freehold condo developed by Singapore-listed Hotel Properties is located at Robertson Quay in District 9 and was completed in 2006.
Amenities near the condos include malls like Parkway Parade on Marine Parade Road and I12 Katong on East Coast Road. The coming Marine Parade MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line is also within walking distance.
No new psf-price lows were recorded during the period in review.
