Bespoke Habitat launches short-term accommodation for families

Bespoke Habitat, a property management company and co-living start-up, has recently launched an affordable short-term accommodation service for families in Singapore. At 64C Telok Kurau, families can rent 8 units of two- and three-bedders and penthouses ranging from 1,000 to 1,600 sq ft. Fully-furnished, and complete with high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite laundry facilities, and other amenities, these units are priced between $4,500 and $7,500 per month.

Designed with families in mind, Bespoke’s new service seeks to provide a stress-free and comfortable living experience at a reasonable price – a comparable space at a serviced apartment would typically cost up to $18,000 monthly.

The launch of the new service follows Bespoke’s recent expansion of Bespoke Habitat Signatures, a luxury option targeted at senior executives and professionals who prefer space and privacy.

Each unit that is a part of Bespoke Signatures is equipped with in-house cleaning services like Bespoke CleanPro and BH Aircon Solutions. This allows all tenants and owners access to an app, displaying the last service or cleaning status of their units.

Families can rent units for periods that range from 3 months to a year.
