LHN launches largest co-living residence in Orchard under Coliwoo brand

Coliwoo Orchard – the largest co-living residence at Orchard Road – has been launched by LHN Group. Located at 2 Mount Elizabeth Link, the 22-storey property houses 411 keys across 135 units, making it the second largest Coliwoo property today. This launch follows seven other Coliwoo property launches in 2022 – Coliwoo Hotel Amber, Coliwoo Hotel Amber Katong, Coliwoo Balestier 320, Coliwoo 75BR, Coliwoo Hotel Gay World, Coliwoo Serangoon 450 and Coliwoo Lavender Collection. By the end of 2023, Coliwoo’s total keys are expected to reach around 2,500 with additional properties currently in the pipeline.

Kelvin Lim, executive chairman, executive director & group managing director of LHN Group, expressed his optimism towards Coliwoo Orchard. He expressed that the property will be Coliwoo’s flagship space, wherein potential renters will be able to have access to the various offerings in the heart of Singapore, along with a stylish, green and functional place to The Myst call home.
