Blossoms by the Park units to have smart kitchen solutions, EV charging points from City Energy

City Energy, through its subsidiary City Gas, is Singapore’s leading natural gas provider. EL Development and City Energy have come together to bring an environmentally friendly home solution to Blossoms by the Park. This 275-unit development off Slim Barracks Rise is the first condominium in Singapore to be fitted out with integrated green and smart kitchen appliances powered by City Energy’s piped town gas. Küche, a brand distributed exclusively by City Gas, is providing the 750 kitchen appliances – including smart hobs, cooker hoods and built-in smart electric ovens – for the three- and four-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses.

An iAppliances app grants residents the ability to monitor and adjust their gas consumption, pre-programme recipes, and respond to safety alerts. Through this app, users can also turn off their gas hob from a remote location. Furthermore, City Energy’s service arm Go will be installing three EV charging points at Blossoms by the Park; this amounts to over 25 new private condominiums being fitted with Go’s EV charging services.

CEO of City Energy, Perry Ong, expressed pride in providing Küche appliances to the residential development. He proudly asserted that through their town gas, EV charging, and solar energy solutions, City Energy offers developers sustainable solutions to help them reach their competitive goals.

Managing Director of EL Development, Lim Yew Soon, was also enthusiastic in bringing Küche kitchen appliances and Go’s EV charging solution to Blossoms by the Park. He believes these features offer a “savy” living experience that resident’s desires.

Singapore plans to rejuvenate Bukit Timah with The Myst new green spaces and improved connectivity, such as the Railway Corridor development and Beauty World rejuvenation plan.
