Weave Living has added two new properties to its portfolio this year, and its latest development – Weave Residences – Robinson – is located in the Mid-levels area of Hong Kong. Sachin Doshi, founder and group CEO of Weave Living, states: “This is our third property on HK Island and the first of a series of planned offerings in this highly desirable neighbourhood over the next several months.”

Weave Living caters to different user needs with its three different accommodation brands: Weave Residences for the traditional rental market, Weave Studios for affordable single-occupancy apartments, and Weave Suites for its serviced apartment lodgings.

Doshi further adds: “Witnessing the persistent rise of leasing demand, we have continued to strengthen our network in Hong Kong and across the Asia-Pacific, transforming the traditional rental market to meet the expectations of discerning renters.”

This expansion of rental space is further buoyed by developments like Hong Kong’s edge over Singapore as a top business hub thanks to the availability of talent and ample supply of office space, as well as creditors putting tycoon Chen Hongtian’s HK$680 million Frank Gehry-designed Hong Kong flat up for sale, and the Cheung Kei Center office building put up for sale by creditors.

Weave Living has continued to answer the call for evermore leasing options, providing an excellent choice with the new Weave Residences – Robinson development in the Mid-levels area of Hong Kong.
