JLL appoints Luke Billiau as capital markets head for Australia and New Zealand

Luke Billiau, previously head of capital markets for New South Wales (NSW) and head of office investments for Australia, has been promoted to head of capital markets in Australia and New Zealand at JLL. This promotion, announced in a press release by JLL on May 15th, sees Billiau head up the firm’s Australian capital markets platform, which consists of over 140 professionals.
Stuart Crow, CEO of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, JLL, expressed great confidence in Billiau’s abilities and experience when giving the opinion on this appointment. Previously, Billiau held a senior role at JLL’s valuations and advisory division in Queensland before taking the lead of the state’s capital markets team. His experience working with a broad range of clients and asset classes, combined with his proven track record of success and execution, are seen as great assets for the team.
Billiau has been part of JLL since 2007, with his new role being a testament to his capability and potential within the organisation.
