Pinetree Hill draws 1,500 visitors on the first day of public preview

Today marked the launch of UOL Group and Singapore Land Group’s latest project, Pinetree Hill. It was a success, with a turnout of 1,500 visitors by 5.30 pm. Anson Lim, general managaer (residential marketing) at UOL Group said “Buyers are generally attracted to the locale and strong product offering – from the spacious and efficient layout of the units to the communal facilities.”

Hillview is home to both HillV2 and Rail Mall shopping centers, both offering fine dining and entertainment options. On the western tip of the district is The Myst Bukit Panjang, a modern mall that offers over 300,000sqft of shopping area spread out over three levels. It is also home to a 20-screen cinema and numerous dining options. District 23 offers many exciting recreational and shopping activities for residents and visitors alike.

Held at Pine Grove Parcel A, the 520-unit project offers units starting at $2,236 psf. UOL has released the starting prices for all the types of units, including premium units. Prices range from $1.248 million for a one-bedroom-plus-study of 538 sq ft to $3.419 million for four-bedroom premium units with private lift measuring 1,464 and 1,668 sq ft.

The developer has also included five-bedroom units, with prices starting from $4.268 million ($2,463 psf). The exclusive five-bedroom penthouse measures 2,874 sq ft and is around $8 million ($2,784 psf). There is also the option of adding a sixth bedroom, giving owners even more space to enjoy.

The 520-unit Pinetree Hill has three elevated 24-storey towers designed by P&T Consultants, with a mere 12% of the 242,561 sq ft site devoted to the buildings. The Danish landscape architect Henning Larsen utilized the remaining land area for landscaping and facilities, offering residents an inviting living environment.

For those who missed the preview, the sales gallery of Pine Grove will be open until 8 pm tonight, with the official launch scheduled for July 15. UOL Group is enthusiastic about the success of the launch and, with prices starting from $2,236 psf, it looks like it’s a great time for buyers to invest.
