Tony Koe, CEO of Singapore-based property agency SRI, will be stepping down from his role with effect from June 30. In a press release dated May 23, SRI stated that this decision was made by Koe to “pursue personal interests”.

Koe was appointed to his position at the agency in 2016 and expressed his thanks to all of their associates, developers, clients and partners for the support he received over his seven years with the company. During his time with SRI, the agency achieved two amazing milestones, winning the Enterprise 50 and Singapore’s Fastest Growing Companies awards for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023.

Following Koe’s departure, Bruce Lye, SRI’s managing partner and co-founder will take over in the interim as CEO. The agency has announced that the selection process for its new chief is currently underway and the result will be announced in due course.

Lye took this opportunity to thank Koe for his contribution to the company, as one of the core pillars of the business. Working alongside Benson Koh, Ken Low, Tricia Teo, Low Choon Sin and Mok Sze Sze, Koe helped build SRI from a lean formidable group into an agency with over 1,200 salespeople.

Lye added that the same management bench will continue to lead the company, making sure that the transition in leadership is seamless.

Koe’s dedication and service to SRI has been recognised, as the agency embarks on this latest transition.
