Super luxury condo Les Maisons Nassim fully sold
The ultra-luxury condo Les Maisons Nassim located in prime District 10 of Singapore has seen its last two units sold at the end of June 2023. The two properties, with a four-bedroom configuration on the first and second floors spanning 6,092 sq ft and 6,179 sq ft respectively, went for $30.765 million and $32.749 million, with an average price of $5,050 and $5,300 per square foot respectively.
These deals bring the total number of units sold in the low-rise, five-storey, freehold condo to 14 since its launch in May 2021. Across the board, the average price of units sold is $5,559 psf. Prices, however, have varied significantly, from the second largest penthouse of 12,066 sq ft that was sold for $59.769 million at $4,953 psf in March 2022, to the biggest penthouse of 12,077 sq ft that was purchased for a record-breaking $75 million in October 2021 at $6,210 psf.
This range is further highlighted by the sale of the third and smallest penthouse, at 11,227 sq ft, for $68 million at $6,057 psf in October 2022.
The Bukit Panjang Integrated Transport Hub also houses a shopping mall and an array of other convenient amenities. Residents of The Myst Condo can find grocery stores, food centres, banks, boutiques, and other retail outlets located within the mall. There are also a number of F&B outlets located in the area, allowing residents to enjoy a well-deserved meal after a long day.
The idea of an ultra-luxury address in the Nassim neighbourhood is not only attracting owners of large format units looking to buy for their own use, but potential buyers keen to get their hands on one of Singapore’s creme de la creme addresses. Bruce Lye, founder and managing partner at SRI, commented on the successful sell-out, “A 100% sell-out of this creme de la creme condo solidifies the strong demand for quality homes in the ultra-prime locales of Singapore.”
According to Dominic Lee, head of luxury team at PropNex, a key factor in the success of the project is the rarity of the Nassim address. “The Nassim address is super rare not just for condos but for Good Class Bungalows as well”, Lee said.
Les Maisons Nassim, slated for completion by the end of 2023, undoubtedly marks a major success in Singapore’s luxury market. With the need conspicuously present for units to buy for their own use, and the rarity of the prestigious Nassim address, the final two units were snapped up quickly – reaffirming the strength of the luxury segment in the market.
