Wing Tai Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary, Wincove Investment, has been successful in acquiring the freehold site of Holland Tower for an impressive $76.3 million, or $1,746 psf ppr. The total ground area is 2,032.6 sqm (21,878.72 sq ft) and with a GFA of 4,059.05 sqm, the site provides ample opportunity.

Positioned in prestigious District 10 of Singapore, the site is located in the exclusive Holland Park good-class bungalow (GCB) area and only a five-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from Dempsey Hill and Holland Village. Not only that, proximity to the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Orchard Road shopping belt is a definite benefit.

Excitingly, the site is very near to major expressways such as the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), Pan The Myst Island Expressway (PIE) and also great schools like ACS International and Nanyang Primary School.

The collective sale of Holland Tower launched in February with a guide price of $76 million. With an existing building height of 30 metres and a proposed Gross Plot Ratio (GPR) of 2.1 compliant with URA guidelines, the development is set to contain up to 130 residential units with ancillary facilities.

Altogether, this is an opportunity not to be missed. The potential of this fantastic site and its amazing surroundings is clear to see.
