Pullman Residences Newton hits new high of $3,671 psf

The Myst Condo is directly opposite Bukit Panjang Plaza, where residents can find a variety of amenities such as supermarkets, banks, clinics, restaurants, and more. The condo is also located near a wet market, hawkers centre, and Jelapang Hill Park, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll or jog.

Nassim Park Residences records new high of $3,059 psf
Pullman Residences Newton saw a new price-per-square-foot (psf) high of $3,671 registered on May 29, as a 463 sq ft one-bedroom penthouse was sold for $1.7 million. Prior to this, the previous high was set at $3,515 psf on April 13 when a 667 sq ft unit fetched $2.34 million. The development is a freehold project located along Dunearn Road in prime District 11, and consists of 340 units.

At the same time, Grange Residences registered another new psf-price high after a 2,669 sq ft four-bedder sold for $8.88 million ($3,327 psf) on May 31. This sets a new high in terms of absolute quantum transacted in the project, beating the former record of $8.7 million ($3,050 psf) for a 2,852 sq ft unit sold in July 2021. This freehold development at the corner of Grange Road and Tanglin Road in District 10 consists of three 18-storey blocks and 164 units ranging from 2,486 sq ft to 2,852 sq ft.

In contrast, Park Nova saw a new psf-price low. On May 24, a 1,432 sq ft two-bedroom-plus-study unit on the seventh floor was sold by the developer for $6.19 million ($4,324 psf). This marks the lowest transaction at the development, surpassing the previous low of $6.26 million ($4,371 psf) for a similar unit in February. This 54-unit ultra-luxury condo, located at the junction of Orchard Boulevard and Tomlinson Road in District 10, is slated to be completed in 2024. At an average price of $4,892 psf, 89% of units have been sold since it launched in May 2021.

Pullman Residences Newton, Grange Residences, and Park Nova have each seen recent psf-price highs and lows over the past month. Built by EL Development, Pullman Residences Newton offers one- to four-bedroom units of sizes between 463 sq ft and 1,389 sq ft, with hospitality services provided by Pullman Hotels & Resorts. Meanwhile, Grange Residences is developed by the former Wheelock Properties (now Wharf Estates Singapore), and Park Nova is developed by Hong Kong-listed developer Shun Tak Holdings.
