Three cluster houses at Eleven @ Holland sell for more than $1,050 psf
PropNex Realty has recently announced the sale of three cluster semi-detached houses at Eleven @ Holland, via tender. The houses were sold for prices ranging between $1,050 and $1,079 psf, and going from approximately $3.91 million to $4.02 million. Such outcome exceeded the vendor’s expectations.
Tracy Goh, head of Investment and collective sales at PropNex, stated the seven properties allocated for sale were appointed to the agency by Char Yong (Dabu) Association, Singapore. These units have a 99-year leasehold, with a three-storey plus attic and basement, five bedrooms, and five bathrooms, all measuring at 3,735 sq ft.
The tender closed on June 12, with all three units being sold to local buyers. Additionally, PropNex told the public that there are other interested parties looking to purchase the remaining four units, which will now be sold through private treaty sale.
This transaction comes right on the heels of PropNex recently selling 48 other semi-detached houses at Eleven @ Holland. On June 8, the agency stated it had collected 48 cheques from buyers to purchase the 48 properties, which were put up for mortgagee sale. Once again, PropNex were appointed by Hong Leong Finance as the marketing agent.
